I got a hand me down level 70 Horde character from a friend about 2 months ago. Unlocked all daily quest in Outlands. Tried to go to Isle of Quel'Danas to get more dailies once i found out about it. But there's no portal in shattrath. Normally I go to the eastern plaguelands before going to the ghostlands. You can't do much on the island without completing the phase quests, which are unobtainable, so it's only enemy NPCs there. You also can't enter the dungeon or raid there, it will tell you "this dungeon is not available to players yet".
