There are some women who are able to get a bfp at 10 or 11, but I don't think that is the norm. I have even heard of some women who aren't able to get a bfp until their a week or so late with AF.

Hcg increases after implantation has finished and will take a couple of days to get higher enough for a hpt to pick up on, so it's very unlikely that the opk is picking up Hcg as there wouldn't be any detectable yet. Also opks aren't that sensitive to Hcg.
